HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He started working out in his garage because of his stressful job he wanted a break and stress reliever from that. He is training goals are to run faster and improve his conditioning while keeping his strength. The first time he picked up a barbell was just three years ago and he hasn't turned back.

RESULTS

Matt has improved his Strict press from 125lbs up to 130; Dips from 3 up to 11; Front Squat from 205 up to 220; Clean from 130lbs up to 185; and Pull-ups from 15 up to 20.
