ABOUT TIM

Tim is married and from Hudsonville, MI. He is currently an on-call firefighter for the city of Hudsonville. He works at an adult foster care home caring for people who have developmental disabilities.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He has been following Jerred and End Of Three Fitness since around 2015 and was drawn to his passion for what he does. He has done a few of the programs and the program design course to create his own programming. Recently took the leap and joined the Garage GYm Athlete membership programming.

RESULTS

Tim's deadlift has increased from 315# to 425#, back squat from 255# to 335#, press from 150# to 170#, bench press from 220# to 250#, front squat from 215# to 265#, and strict pull-ups from 13 to just recently hitting the 20 milestones. His mile time has dropped from 6:40 to 5:59, he set a 5k PR of 20:49, and dropped his 500m row from 1:45 to 1:27 all at a bodyweight of around 190#.
