ABOUT KYLE

Kyle is a husband, father, and a corporate manager for an environmental safety compliance company from Greenville, SC.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He started his gym in 2018. He was tired of being overweight and out of shape so he committed to counting calories to start. He started using resistance bands in his garage, adding a pull-up bar, then eventually full weight sets. He is also doing the Murph 52 Project.

RESULTS

His body weight is down to 205 from 260 when he started Garage GYm Athlete; resting heart rate: 68 to 60; Squat: 185 to 305; Pull-ups: 5 to 16; Strict Press: 100 to 135; Deadlift: 315 to 415; Mile time: 9:50 to 6:51.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Just stick to it. I really think doing even block zero (warm-up) is huge. Just stick to the programming. You have a week to complete four workouts, don’t sweat moving days around. “
