ABOUT JEREMY

Jeremy is a husband, father, and science teacher from South Carolina. His love of science turned him on to the Garage Gym Athlete and Betterhumanology podcasts before he joined the programming.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He has been a Garge Gym Athlete member for just over a year. He started his garage gym by building a plyo box and bodyweight training before acquiring weights. He also trains for ultramarathons and longer endurance races.

RESULTS

During his last Ultramarathon, he knocked 2 hours off my previous 50K+ time. Back Squat, Deadlift, Strict Press, Clean, 1-mile run, resting heart rate, body fat % are his best metrics so far. He currently at my lowest body fat percentage ever.
