ABOUT CHUCK

Chuck is a 46-year-old husband, and father who is a model builder for Detroit automakers. He started getting serious about fitness at age 39 and eventually found CrossFit while training for a Tough Mudder. He trained strongman for a year or so after that. Dabbled in some boxing training as well.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He ultimately landed back in the garage with Garage Gym Athlete programming. He has completed over 7 cycles of training. He is currently training to go to Iceland when he's 50 to lift the Hussafell stone.

RESULTS

Since GGA he has hit a lifetime PR on back squat (305#) and strict press (140#). Maintaining body weight while losing fat. His resting heart rate and sleeping heart rate dip percent and overall sleep quality have improved significantly.
