Dennis is a father of three, husband, and CFO for an energy company from Toronto.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He trains out of his garage gym and basement gym at his home. He previously had a shed he workout in but has moved his training indoors. He started his home gym due to time and a neighbor he saw training in his garage.

RESULTS

Dennis has made good progress on the bench press, back squats, chin-ups, and dips. Haven’t had much change in terms of things like weight. "Basically getting stronger and fitter at the same weight, which is good with me!"
