FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will this programming work for me?

Youngest athlete; 18 years old. Oldest athlete; 69 years old.  

We have had absolute beginners start with us and REALLY Advanced athletes and military operators. 

How is this possible? 1.) Our fitness test places you where you need to be right at the start. 2.) We have 5 different training tracks (for different goals/levels) that makes our training appropriate for a wide range of humans :)

What is your cancellation policy?

No commitment. No contract. Join any time. Cancel anytime. Simply contact us in the app or email support@endofthreefitness.com to cancel at any time. 

What equipment will I need?

We know the struggles of the Garage Gym Athlete. We will keep the programming simple with a barbell, weights, a good rack, pull-up bar and a kettlebells (or dumbbells). And if we ever do something which require a little bit more, we will make sure you have the perfect substitute.

How long does it take to get access?

Immediate.

Your login and access information will be sent to the email address you provide, and there will be a video on the next page that explains how you can access Garage Gym Athlete.

What if I don't train in my garage?

You'd be like a lot of our athletes!! 

If you don't have a garage gym but still want to use our programming, this is a great place to be. Since it is geared towards the Garage Gym Athlete - the programming we put out can be done anywhere; a CrossFit Box, Globo Gym, Back Yard, etc.
