MEET YOURSELF SATURDAY IS PRETTY SIMPLE...
We do REALLY hard workouts...ON SATURDAY.
The kind of workouts that make you "meet yourself". Where you start to question if you should quit, slow down, or tap out. Make no mistake, our training will improve you just as much mentally as it will physically.
Regularly pushing yourself and doing hard things will translate to your job, your family life, and your fitness. Stick with us for a couple of months and you will be surprised about who you become.
Don't worry, the workouts are optional each week, and you'll still see heaps of progress if you don't do them every week. While optional, they are still encouraged.
