Eo3Fit is a strength and conditioning program designed for garage gym athletes, competitors and those looking to get in the best shape of their life.
We use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity that imitate the loads and demands placed on an individual whether in competition or in everyday life. The Eo3Fit program is tested and proven on athletes around the world on a daily basis. Eo3Fit is a fully comprehensive strength and conditioning program that takes a nonconformist’s approach to everything…This isn’t your granddad’s fitness routine.
The Eo3Fit program is designed to work for everyone regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity, and programming can be scaled, and the program has been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.
Training vs. Working Out
Make no mistake, this is training. Our goal and aim is always to be a better human, a better version of ourselves. With training you put in the work, you have an objective. With working out you put in time and do it just because you feel like you have to.
If you are new to training, not the strongest or just need an OnRamp, we highly recommend performing a full cycle of the One Man One Barbell program before jumping in with Eo3Fit.
One Man One Barbell was created by the Eo3Fit Coaches and tested on Eo3Fit athletes. It is highly effective. It will help you with nutrition, it has a built in “OnRamp” program to get you ready for training and then the One Man One Barbell strength program itself will lay the solid strength foundation needed to perform at a high level here at Eo3Fit.
You can just start with Eo3 Daily WODs if you would like, and a lot of people do, but we feel the results will come faster and you will be more satisfied if you start with a solid program first.
